Huda Foundation, registered under Trust Registration Act as a non-profitable & non-political body, runs the school and manages its affairs through an Advisory Committee, under the planning and hard work of founder Chairman Mohammad Hashim Qasmi.

All the matters related to administrative clearances from government agencies are being dealt by Huda Foundation.

Aims and goals of the trust are :

• To inspire and prepare the young generation especially the Muslim Youth for tomorrow so that the Muslim youth may be able to prove to be a valuable asset to the country as well as to the community by moulding them for becoming successful in different fields in the process of nation building.
• To work for the educational development of the country through voluntary efforts with humanitarian spirit and missionary zeal for all communities especially the Muslims.
• To promote diffusion of education and useful knowledge and advance education in general and particularly Muslims, as a religious linguistic minority, under the protection granted to the minorities under the Constitution of India.
• To establish and administer model educational, technical, vocational, professional, religious and spiritual institutions with minority character in Telangana State and elsewhere in the country. Such efforts will be scientific and constructive, with a positive religious approach.
• To impart and promote such education and training as may prove to be instrumental in producing good citizens who may work for betterment of the society, the country and humanity at large.
• To promote the cause of all languages in all possible ways, and to adopt them as media of instruction.
• To arrange lectures, seminars, symposia, conferences and programmes of continuing education and training with a view to promote the aims and objects of better education, training, moral and religious instruction and character building.
• To take up projects and activities as may be decided by the Trust from time to time.

The trust intends to launch and undertake socio-economic programs to improve the living standards of Muslim community and impart education to the underprivileged so that the Muslim community can march forward along with the other communities in the society and participate in the process of nation building and also in order to make them economically independent and socially respectable.

The trust is open to all communities as well if they are interested in the programs of the trust.
